"Q1. Where is Lost property collection point?
A1. Any item found is stored in the Front Building 3F Life Guidance Section.

Q2. Service Hours for the Life Guidance Section.
A2. Monday to Friday: 09:00am ~ 5:00pm (No service on weekend)

Q3. How to reclaim lost property?
A3-1. To claim a lost object, you must prove that you are the owner. If you are reclaiming the object on behalf of someone else, you must show both your own and the owner's IDs.
