Taipei Medical University Excellent Mentor Award of 114 Academic Year

1. 依據Basis：

臺北醫學大學優良導師獎勵辦法。

2. 申請資格Application Qualifications：

擔任本校114學年度導師之專、兼任教師。

Full-time or part-time teachers serving as TMU mentors in the 114 academic year.

3. 獎勵Rewards：

傑出優良導師：獲頒獎牌一座及獎金十萬元(榮獲五次本校校級優良導師者，為本校傑出優良導師，以一次為限)。

校級優良導師：獲頒獎牌一座、獎金四萬元。

院級優良導師：獲頒獎牌一座。

註：另依據「臺北醫學大學教師升等計分標準施行要點」，院級獎項獲獎者可折抵論文分數30分，校級獎項可折抵論文分數60分。(折抵一次為限)

Distinguished Excellent Mentor: bestowed a medal and NTD$100,000. (Awarded to mentors who have received the School-level Excellent Mentor Award five times; this title is granted once only.)

School-level Excellent Mentor: bestowed a medal and NTD$40,000.

College-level Excellent Mentor: bestowed a medal.

Note: According to the "Guidelines to Taipei Medical University Faculty Promotion Points Standards", winners of the College-level award may credit 30 points toward the thesis item, and winners of the School-level award may credit 60 points. (The credit may be applied once only.)

4. 報名Application：

• 專任教師：請依各院自訂收件時間，將優良導師推薦表(附件一)及相關佐證資料送交至「導生所屬學院」之學院秘書，進行院級優良導師之遴選。(兼任不同學院導師者，敬請自擇其一學院申請)。
• Full-time Teachers: According to the submission period set by each college, please submit the Recommendation Form for Taipei Medical University Excellent Mentor and relevant supporting materials to the secretary of the mentee’s college for the College-level selection. (Mentors serving in different colleges may choose one college to apply.)

• 兼任教師：請於115年4月17日(五)前將優良導師推薦表(附件一)及相關佐證資料送交學生輔導中心，由校級優良導師遴選小組，依該年度擔任導師之兼任教師人數比例，採外加方式議定名額。

• Part-time Teachers: Please submit the Recommendation Form for Taipei Medical University Excellent Mentor (Appendix 1) and relevant supporting materials to the Student Counseling Center no later than April 17 (Fri), 2026. The School-level Selection Committee will determine the quota based on the proportion of part-time teachers serving as mentors in that academic year, and the quota will be determined as an additional allocation.

5. 遴選日程Selection Schedule：

• 114學年度優良導師於115年3、4月經院務會議遴選出「院級優良導師」，並將獲選名單於4月17日(五)前送交學生輔導中心，續由學輔中心通知院級優良導師準備每人3-5分鐘公開演講及繳交相關資料，資料繳交截止日為4月24日(五)。校級優良導師遴選小組暫訂於5月25日(一)會議，遴選114學年度「校級優良導師」。

• Each college shall select the "College-level Excellent Mentor" through the College Affairs Meeting in March–April 2026 and submit the winner list to the Student Counseling Center before April 17 (Fri). Afterwards, the selected mentors shall prepare a 3–5 minute public speech and submit relevant documents, with a submission deadline of April 24 (Fri). The School-level Selection Committee will tentatively convene on Monday, May 25, to select the School-level Excellent Mentors for the 114 academic year.
