※Vaccine Leave
To respond the impossible side effects after taking the Vaccine for Covid-19, the leave request system has added a new leave type, Vaccination Leave.
Student shall apply for it in the system before the leave day starts.
During non-exam period, student can use Student Online Leave System to apply for a leave.

How to operate the system?
【Note】
1. Vaccination Leave will not affect absentee scores.
2. The maximum day of Vaccination Leave is 3 days:
It counts from the vaccine day and the following 2 days. Holidays is also count on 3 consecutive days.
For example, students have a vaccine on Friday and they could make a Vaccination Leave for their absentee of Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
3. Make a Vaccination Leave with relative document:
Before vaccination day, student have to upload your COVID-19 vaccination appointment in Student Online Leave System.
After the actual vaccination is completed, student will receive the COVID-19 vaccination record card (small yellow card). Then, student is required to upload this card to complete the leave procedure.
